What You Can Expect
At our initial consultation, we will discuss, in detail, your personal fitness goals, your current cardiovascular program, and your nutrition and supplement strategy. We will also discuss your previous exercise habits and your medical history. I will then devise a personalized nutrition, supplement and cardiovascular ‘game plan’ based on these factors.
A customized workout program will also be developed which will incorporate a variety of training modalities designed to get you from where you are now to your fitness goals in the shortest amount of time.
Once our workout sessions begin, you can expect the highest level of personal attention during your one-on-one training sessions. You will be lead step-by-step through each movement and shown, in detail, correct form and posture, proper range of motion, and ideal exercise execution.
I will provide you with all the tools necessary to achieve your goals. In the end, your success is my success.
